− Bathroom and shower not clean. Mold on outside of shower. Floor was sticky and dirty.

− Bed could have been more comfortable, loud humming noise off and on all night , we believe was coming from refrigerator, forgot to tell office, was very annoying
VERY BAD SERVICE AND THE OWNERS SPOKE VERY LITTLE ENGLISH. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE.
1.0Place was clean and the property was taken care of.
− The staff (NOT THE CLEANERS/ROOM SERVICE) The owners spoke hardly any English. They got our account and name wrong. They hung up on us 3 times. No one knew the details of my stay and they kept putting me on hold while they walked around asking and calling ppl for details. I could hear everything while I was on hold. When they couldn’t figure out how to help me, they just hung up the phone.
