6.0− Since there are lights on all night in the well between sections of the building, I must close the curtains in order to sleep. However, since the air conditioner unit is in the window behind the curtains, the curtain blocks a lot of the cool air. This day was the hottest so far this summer, so I had to compromise and partially open the curtain in order to benefit from the air flow.

7.0− We were assigned room M2. The Irish pub music every nite was very loud. Our windows were right across and the music made it hard to sleep. I would never stay again in the 3 rooms numbered M1, M2, or M3. The room was a lot smaller than we expected.

10.0The location is great for seeing the city with out a car. I have stayed here a couple times and will be back.
− There was construction work happening so it was a little dusty. The front sign is not very visible, feels like you need another sign or improve the original one.

This property was not worth the price.
5.0Location was perfectly centralized and everything we wanted to see was in walking distance.
− The rooms were outdated and not in a pleasant historic way. The view from this room was of other hotel windows and skylight that were lit from the main lobby the entire night. The room was an “upgrade” but resembled an awkwardly designed and decorated hallway.

7.0Location is amazing! - nearby the pedestrian street, Inner harbor. Room was quiet and clean enough.
− Shabby room, very old furniture, nasty peeling bath. All needs to be renovated.
