A stay that exceed my expectations, minor improvements for business travelers needed.
7.0I enjoyed the overall experience, hotel layout, eating areas, pool. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was better than I expected (for a hotel!).
− It was a challenge to manage the room temperature (the AC), almost always too cold and had to rely on opening the balcony door to stabilize the temperature which was not ideal given the haze in Singapore during my visit. There was a small sofa/daybed and a smallish round coffee table next to it 'under' the TV in my room, both unnecessary, as the sofa seating on the balcony was a better and more comfortable option. As this was a work trip a desk would and chair would have been a better choice / option, with USB-C and USB-A point and at least 2 electric power points that cater for multiple pin types and not just Singapore 3-pin.
