− The phone in room 115 did not work and thus did not get a wake up call as requested. Missed the breakfast that I was expecting.

10.0I was very pleasantly surprised that the hotel was freshly updated, extremely clean!!, and everything you’d expect from a higher end hotel. And an extremely professional and friendly Front Desk person. Well done on all counts. I’s stay here again without hesitation.
