2.0I have no idea how this hotel has such high reviews. The carpets in the rooms are extremely worn and dirty—we’ve had to keep our shoes on the entire time. Housekeeping has been poor, and the room has not been cleaned to an acceptable standard. The pool was so cloudy that you couldn’t even see the bottom, which was very concerning. On top of that, the carpets throughout the hallways and in the elevators are heavily stained and filthy, making the entire property feel neglected. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to others.

2.0Breakfast was good. Room was spacious.
− No one at the front desk when I arrived. Waited 15 minutes for someone. I brought all my belongings to the room on the third floor only to discover that the key did not work. Had to go back down with my belongings to get another key. Had to wait another 5 minutes before I got the new key. Hotel undergoing renovations with no indication when I booked.

4.0Fairly close to family. The bed was comfortable.
− The floor was hot as soon as we walked off the elevator. The room had an unpleasant smell upon entering. The humidity level was higher than normal. The toilet seat was really low for someone tall or of senior age.
Pleasant but disappointing for the price.

− Whirlpool did not work. Fitness center is small. Facility is tired and needs work.
