We enjoyed the value but would appreciate some more refinements.
7.0The employees cleaning rooms and windows the pool as well as maintaining the breakfast were exceptional. Front desk employees were good and responsive to our inquiry about the air conditioner noise. Breakfast was awesome all 3 days.
− The Boise of the air conditioner wasn’t exactly fixed and the whole thing was still taken apart and left laying on the ground for our last night.
Would stay again ! Perfect and not to far Arboteum and arena !
10.0Very clean , affordable, great breakfast ( although we would’ve loved biscuits and gravy as an option occasionally) . And the staff was friendly and fantastic !

Location is an hour drive from Chicago downtown so be prepared for that. They tried to not give me a room even though it
7.0I always prefer best westerns. Haven’t experienced a terrible one yet.
− When we arrived, even though I had already paid for the room, I was told they were fully booked and had no rooms available. I had to get stern in order to get a room. Yet, she was discussing rooms available with the customer before me.

− Breakfast was very meh. Could really use a few m.ore items. Cubed potatoes were cold and soft. Scrambled eggs come from a box and very blend
