I had an absolutely lovely stay at the Hotel deLuxe. You have a great team of people who oversee a variety guest services. I would like to do a shout out to the house keeping cleaning staff and manager of that team - my 8th floor Suite was impeccably clean even in all of the hard to reach places. Hotel Deluxe was the perfect venue for our college, girlfriend reunion of 5 women. We could visit nicely together in the grand foyer, the hotel was wonderfully close to efficient public transportation, and there was a multitude of fabulous dining options with walking distance. My Suite was truly elegant and cheerful celebrating both Portland's green, natural beauty as well as its city views. The interior design aesthetic beautifully elevated my experience creating a nostalgic, cinematic charm part of the hotel's identity. There were several gentlemen who worked the Front Desk who I thought were fabulous as well. The Front Desk team has such an important role and act as the initial face of the hotel setting the mood for your customer's experience. Be Like Fletcher

First off, I Wish there was more people like Fletcher in the hospitality industry. At 1 AM After 9 Hours of Flying; we got to Hotel Deluxe. Greeted by Fletcher at the front desk, he was EVERYTHING that a Hotel wants in an employee. He is Extremely Helpful with answering any questions. Very knowledgeable about the hotel and surrounding area. And very compassionate about his job. Wish there was More people like Fletcher in Miami where I come from.

Good in all respects except parking.

The staff, room, elevator, bar, etc. Shower was great. Bottles of water were well appreciated. Quiet all night. Marvelous architecture and art. You could use some extra USB plugs.

− The situation with parking my car was a hassle getting in, getting out at 4am, and walking back and forth. I have an injury that makes walking pretty painful. I appreciated the EV charger.

Enjoyed and secure parking a plus.

Close to venues and attractions. Vintage history. Great comfy bed. Coffee in room. Was quiet. Relatively clean as it is older historical hotel.

− Was a Friday night and 2 events very close by made the lobby packed at check-in. Bar was providing only sit down service but at a very long wait. No to go available, no room service . I was hoping to relax with a refresher and not even option of vending. Confused though as many people in lobby had service.

Was assessed a $600 damage charge for a broken window…. The window wasn’t broken and management is refusing to communica

Good hotel, it’s older but good location and friendly Staff. Aiden helped us out and was very polite.
