− Hotel address was very confusing as the entrance is not on the road that it is located on. Elevators were not operational and there is no timeline of when they are going to be fixed. Main thing, the hotel does not know how to honor a reservation. They know how to take reservations, but the holding is the part they need to work on. Hotel ended up being sold out from under us and did not set us up with any other arrangements. If you want to stay here, I'd make sure they honor your reservation or find somewhere else to stay.

− Primero me abrieron mi auto y me rovaron luego reserve Una abitacion con cuarto con jacuzzi y cuando llegue al hotel me dijeron que ya no genian cuarto con jacuzzi y me dieron un cuarto con 2 camas en el 4 piso y aparte que el elevador no servia

I had an unforgettably poor experience at this location. Let me count the ways; 1. The elevator never worked. Not just a hassle, but a violation of federal law (ADA) and a safety hazard. 2. I called to reserve a room for my brother, who arrived a two days after I did. I spent 30 minutes on the phone, gave them credit card information and *thought* I had reserved a room for my brother. When we got there late evening, the clerk (Lucille) said she failed to book it (sorry!) -- she remembered talking to me, but it was not on the system as reserved. 3. So she asked us to follow her as she knocked on almost every door on the floor in the hope of finding an empty room. (Why she couldn't just look on her system, I have no clue). We did appear to wake some people. Anyway, much later, we found a room for my brother. The clerk apologized profusely, and gave us some breakfast vouchers and told us that his room would be comped that evening. 4. The next morning, the breakfast was not being served. Voucher was useless. Apparently cook did not show up. 5. When we tried to check out, we were informed that we would not be getting any room comped, and that clerk had no authority to say so. 6. I asked to speak to the manager, who had managed to sneak out of the building and was therefore unable to be reached(!).

Close to airport, old but cost effective

The location is good and central. Hotel is old and needs lots of upgrades. The breakfast was the best thing about the hotel. Chef Mike was awesome and made best omelets!

Chef Micheal made some great and outstanding omelette and waffles was light n fluffy. It made the trip south worth 19hrs!! Sorry the other items was eaten before from how great n the waffle was the last item to eat.
