The coffee was good

− The smoky smelling room. Inadequate parking very inconvenient to the room. The room was on the remote end of the hotel property near the hotel lobby. I had to carry my things from the inadequate parking to the room. Leaving this morning I fell on the sidewalk going to my truck. I informed the kiosk and he was indifferent. I am in town to close on a home. I had to go to my closing with bloodied knees, a swollen foot and a jammed finger. A very bad experience all the way around.

Nothing!

− Isolated area. The room and hallway had a strong mildew odor which trigger off my allergies and breathing. Dull lighting in the room. Undesirable element hanging out. I felt unsafe sleeping overnight or leaving my luggage in the room. I checkout 30 minutes after checking in! You had to talk to the front desk on a kiosk. I didn't like that at all.

room was clean staff

− check in was te rrible. i was told to show my confirmation and i was confirmed. i was not. iwas there over 30 min. talking to a robot on a screen. only icould not ask him any questions. to be short i had to show him all my information to prove whowe i was. he asked for everything about me. he wanted everything except my fingerprints. i also had to give $50 deposit that i was told iwould get credit for when i returned my door keys. ??????
