10.0I’ve travelled quite a bit in my life, but I’ve never felt better than I did during this stay. The owner made me feel like part of the family rather than just another guest. She was always there for me with the warmest, friendliest smile, ready to help with anything I needed—she even helped me sort out parking for my car on the Costiera Amalfitana in July. She told me to call her anytime if I needed anything. She was amazing. I have to admit, I even took photos of the room to get ideas for my own renovation projects; the passion and dedication she puts into her work are truly out of this world. It’s not just a simple "10 out of 10" experience; if the scale went up to twenty, I’d give it a twenty. Exceptional!
