Veliká zahrada, vstupní hala s knihovnou, absolutní klid. V dochozí vzdálenosti velmi příjemná restaurace na večeři. Parkování na ulici před brankou,
− Pokojík je poměrně malý, slouží jen k přespání. Vše nahrazuje veliká zahrada a vstupní hala s knihovnou, která slouží jako snídaňová místnost a hosté ji mohou kdykoliv využívat.
