Disappointing stay due to poor maintenance, unsafe room conditions, and unhelpful staff.

Good location with many places to eat within walking distance.

− Our stay at Navarre Beach was extremely disappointing. The pool was very cloudy, and although I am not sure when chemicals were last added, there was no noticeable chlorine smell or other indication that the water had been properly treated. Throughout the stay, I repeatedly had to ask for clean towels. On our final night, the ceiling began leaking. When we reported it, the response was essentially, “Maintenance is gone—what do you want us to do about it?” We were given bathmats to place on the floor, but the situation quickly became worse. Pieces of the ceiling began peeling off and falling onto the floor and the bed. We eventually had to demand to be moved to another room. The hostess appeared aggravated by the request and then had the audacity to tell us that the replacement room was an “upgrade,” but that she would not charge us the additional amount. Being moved because the original room was unsafe and unusable is not an upgrade or a favor. We believe that night should be fully refunded. The “streamlining” of the accommodations was also very disappointing. There were no drawers, closets, or practical storage areas for clothing, so we were forced to live out of suitcases placed on the floor. Overall, the poor maintenance, lack of basic amenities, dismissive customer service, and unsafe condition of the room made this an unacceptable experience.

It was clean the a/c was good and COLD! The mini fridge is a mini full size where the freezer has its own door and it has a build in little scaper if you need it to hit ice off it we did end up having to do that but it was easy and quick! Loved the location!!

− The bath tub did have alot of clogged up hair but that was the only thing I have to say bad ab it.

The room was mostly clean and had been updated. The beds were also quite comfortable.

− The floors were dirty (I understand it’s a beach location), so I wore shoes the entire time I was in the room. Additionally, the bathtub had been repainted, but the paint was cracking and coming off, making it difficult to use it for the kids.
