6.0The location was great, room was comfortable however my wife found the bed a little soft. The downside was not being told that you are under refurbishment so found finding the reception and entrance a little difficult.

6.0L'amabilité du personnel, l'emplacement sur Oxford Street et proche du métro Bond Street, le petit déjeuner copieux
− Les chambres sont minuscules ! Nous avions une chambre simple et une chambre double. La chambre simple, bien que petite, convient pour 1 personne par contre la chambre double n'est pas du tout confortable à 2. Le lit double est calé sur un côté le long du mur ce qui n'est pas idéal pour celui qui se retrouve contre le mur ! La fenêtre fermait mal ce qui laissait passer de l'air plus le bruit surtout avec l'absence de double vitrage dans un quartier relativement bruyant. L'hôtel est également en travaux (tout le rez de chaussée)... Le rapport qualité prix n'est pas du tout présent

5.0− The Hotel is currently under renovation works on the ground floor and no proper information was given at the time of booking. I expected the rates to be discounted considering the works. To be fair, staff are constantly at the entrance to help out with luggage up and down the stairs.
Never regret staying here, everything we need is right there. Perfect location for the tube.. Bond Street
