1.0− After I left the hotel they charged by bank card a additional £149.37 after contacting them they said it was a mistake on their part and will refund the money as they didn't know I paid through booking.com and after receiving my refund they have now charged my bank card £217 pounds the full cost of the stay and now I need to contact them again about this as I've been double charged to stay and after leaving 4 days ago they are still charging my bank it's terrible from them so now I must wait until Monday to talk to a manger do not give this hotel any bank details if staying
