もう泊まらないかな...
5.0東新宿駅からも近く、ホテルの近くにコンビニやドンキがあり必要なものがあっても購入できる為便利で良かったです！ またホテル周辺に24時間営業や夜遅くまで営業している飲食店（韓国料理店を含む）が多く飲食にも困ることなく良かったです！ 大浴殿の内湯も広くゆっくりでき、露天につぼ湯もあったのが嬉しかったです！ 露天風呂は複数あってのんびりできました！
− お部屋のシャワーの温度がぬるくなったり熱くなったりと一定でないのが残念でした！ 高層階のお部屋だったから仕方ないのかもしれませんが 同じ高層階でも西新宿五丁目駅前ではそんなことはなかったので... 大浴殿も内湯だけでも西新宿五丁目駅前と同様に26時間まで営業して欲しい！ 24時までは早すぎるなと思いました！ またシャワーの数が少なく混みあって利用しにくかったです 新宿という土地柄治安が悪いのは仕方ないがコインランドリーを外国の方が占領しその場に溜まっていて利用できなかった
Hotel in super Lage, aber sehr kleine Zimmer, dafür nicht ganz günstig.
7.0Super Lage, tolle Aussicht aus den höheren Etagen (vor allem Richtung Süden und Osten!!), Zimmer grds sauber, aber nur alle 2-3 Tage eine Reinigung, was aber ok ist.
− Zimmer sehr klein, 2 große Koffer kann man nicht parallel öffnen. Bett für 2 Personen klein, kleines Bad. Frühstück bietet viel asiatische Auswahl, aber wenig Europäisches, zudem bekommt man eine zeitliche Begrenzung, weil es so wenig Sitzplätze für ein solch großes Hotel gibt. Personal an der Rezeption und auch beim Frühstück könnte teils etwas netter sein.
