Great location, modern rooms in a period property
8.0Beautiful property, we had a lovely room that was modern and comfortable. Stuart and James made us excellent breakfasts and have a lovely dog that gives hugs! We found the parking is extremely tight, so a bit hard for larger cars. Location was great for walking around Lynmouth and close to the route down to Lynton also!

10.0A Warm and friendly welcome greeted us on arrival at the property. Pleasant hosts throughout the whole of the week. A good selection of breakfast items served on a daily basis, all well organised.
