6.0Staff was friendly and attentive, room was spacious and clean, had all the amenities one needs. Easy access by public transport.
− I booked this specific hotel for it's spa/pool amenities as a little staycation. Unfortunately the pool was freezy cold which resulted in nobody wanting to use it and the whirlpool was out of order. These were the two things I was looking forward to, so it was disappointing. Staff were friendly though and said the issue had been reported. Sadly no fix in time for us to enjoy.
