10.0It’s a very clean hotel and the staff are very accommodating and helpful. The rom that we had was a little small but we saw other rooms that were bigger so it was probably because they were full at the time so we received the small room. Other than that everything was good.

10.0For it's location, this hotel is excellent. The staff was wonderful, and they cook you breakfast every morning. The hotel was very clean and the amenities were adequate. If you are staying in Matagulpa, we highly recommend this hotel.
