1.0The air conditioning did not work it was hot 76 overnight. I went to the front desk at 1:30 AM to. Complain then again at 6:30 AM. They fixed it on our way out and it took over 30 min to fix. I asked for compensation they said a manager would contact me. After a month later nobody has contacted me. I reached out to the front desk again today and they do not care about my stay and advised I had to contact booking.com because I used a 3rd party to book. Extremely dissatisfied!!!
