− Fernseher völlig veraltet und mit dem Receiver nicht funktionsfähig. Ist aber für meinen Buchungsgrund nicht relevant.
Tolles Hotel, wenn man sich selbst versorgen möchte
8.0Tolle Lage, direkt am Kurpark. Das Einchecken war kontaktlos und sehr unkompliziert über ein Display vor der Tür, beim Auschecken einfach den Schlüssel hinterlassen. Ein kleines sauberes Zimmer mit gemütlichem Bett, Schreibtisch und sogar einem Fernsehsessel. Toll ist eine voll ausgestattete Gemeinschaftsküche zur Selbstverpflegung, die von den Gästen aus vier Zimmern gemeinsam genutzt werden kann. Ein tolles Konzept! Mir hat das Hotel gefallen. Gerne wieder!

Schlechte Hygiene und unfreundliches Personal
1.0Nur die Lage und der flexible Check In waren gut.
− Auf der Klobrille waren angetrocknete Urinflecken (siehe Foto). Als ich daraufhin bei der Servicenummer anrief und freundlich darauf hinwies, zeigte sich die Dame am Telefon unglaublich uneinsichtig und meinte, sie hätte definitiv alles geputzt und ein Entgegenkommen bezüglich des Preises sei nicht möglich. Dafür, dass man 87 Euro für ein Einzelzimmer bezahlt finde ich das unglaublich frech. Dazu hatte die Tür einige Macken, genau wie das Laminat. Die Möbel waren sehr zusammengesucht und auch das Bad uralt. Wenn es wenigstens sauber und gepflegt wäre, wäre das ja nicht schlimm. Aber dadurch ist es den hohen Preis ÜBERHAUPT NICHT wert. Außerdem hat sie gesagt, wenn ich auf der Suche nach einer Alternative sei, könne ich auf einer Parkbank schlafen. Wäre sie freundlich gewesen und hätte ihren Fehler eingesehen hätte ich nicht zwei Tage gesagt. Aber so darauf zu beharren gehört sich einfach nicht und ist schon gar nicjt gerechtfertigt, wenn ein so hoher Preis für eine Bruchbude gefordert wird.
