The location and the landscape. The villa structure and pool were fabulous. The supervisor was very polite and helpful.

− The villa was not clean. Lot of ants and mosquitoes inside and outside.

If you get a good price book, but I booked and paid a lot of money for the Villa. Some villas are privately owned and look great. Big pools looked good.

− There is so much I can say about the villa, shower leaking in en- suite. So we had one shower for six people. Which run hot and cold. The kitchen was dirty, ants in cupboard. Lights not working, wires out of walls. Broken handle on door. Pool side broken plastic. Beds uncomfortable. Staff never got back to me about my issues. Not good. I can go on but I don’t want to.

Great property overall. Would stay again esp if the privacy situation rectified

Property size is great. Clean well maintained pool. Property clean throughout. Fairly modern and spacious with 4 toilets including two shower areas. Close to beach and other attractions. Management quick to respond throughout all communication. Beautiful villa throughout and certainly enjoyed our stay. Kitchen well equipped Good well working washing machine

− 1) although property is clean, little attention required to light damage/ wear and tear caused from previous occupants. Some unused intercom/cat 6 wires were showing. 2) privacy (especially for محجبات) can be an issue for two reasons: firstly, there are two large windows in the living room with no coverage or blinds on them. Secondly, there are two long areas of glass window in the middle of the two levels of stairs with no way to cover. After sunset you can see through them from outside clearly. 3) during our stay, someone just walked in to the backyard to clean the pool. Although this is appreciated to keep maintained, we would have appreciated a knock on the door to advise so. Similarly, someone with a tractor just drove through the backyard carrying furniture from one place to another without any notification. 4) parking is not directly in the occupied villa, but more in a parking lot on the entrance. Must walk to villa which is not really a big deal unless an issue by occupant 5) shower water temperature has a mind of its own and keeps changing temperature from hot to cold in it’s own.
