L’emplacement

− Voici une version plus ferme, plus en colère, tout en restant crédible et adaptée à un avis public : À notre arrivée, la chambre qui nous a été attribuée correspondait bien à notre réservation. En revanche, lorsque nous avons ouvert la porte, nous avons découvert qu’elle était déjà occupée par d’autres clients, avec toutes leurs affaires personnelles à l’intérieur. C’est une faute d’une gravité inacceptable et une violation totale de la vie privée. Mais le plus scandaleux est la suite. Nous avions payé pour une chambre de 34 m², et au lieu de résoudre leur erreur correctement, ils nous ont relogés dans une chambre de 14 m², sans aucun remboursement, sans la moindre excuse et sans aucun geste commercial. Nous avons payé un service que nous n’avons jamais reçu. Comme si cela ne suffisait pas, ce matin, alors que nous étions encore dans notre chambre vers 11 h, une employée est venue frapper à notre porte en nous menaçant d’appeler la police si nous ne quittions pas immédiatement les lieux. Une attitude agressive, irrespectueuse et totalement inadmissible envers des clients qui n’ont pourtant commis aucune faute. Je voyage régulièrement et je peux dire sans hésiter que c’est la pire expérience hôtelière que j’ai vécue en Italie. Un établissement qui accumule autant d’erreurs, refuse d’assumer ses responsabilités et traite ses clients de cette manière ne mérite absolument pas d’être recommandé. Je déconseille fortement cet hôtel.
