Check in was somewhat easy restaurant was open all the time serving excellent reasonably priced food Breakfast was good Use the gym briefly although it's hard to find

− Be warned the sound from the outside speakers is very loud There is no sound deadning and the window did not close properly The staff would not let me check in early a lot of inexperienced staff The room is pretty tired with a lot of stains in the wall

Gezellig ingericht hotel, met ruim voldoende faciliteiten

− Geen scheidingswand tussen douche gedeelte en de rest van de badkamer

There are worse options, but it was not up to my expectations.

Friendly staff at reception and Restaurant. Breakfast

− I found it irritating that I had to confirm my stay via WhatsApp by 6 pm, otherwise they would give my room to someone else, even though I had paid in advance and they had already confirmed my arrival at 10 pm via Booking. Also not value for money, compared to other Hotels in Java.

The hotel has a good location with very attractive views to Bali. The rooms were fairly comfortable and the swimming pool was very pleasant,

− The first room we were offered had a terrible smell of sewage. They changed the room quickly, though. Food in the hotel was of variable quality, some of it quite nice, some of it not very pleasant. We were there over Christmas. They had a Christmas buffet in the restaurant. I was told that it was included in the room price. I didn't realise that they meant just for one person per room, so we had to pay extra for the 2nd person in one room. That seemed rather tricky.

Good location, helpful staff, nice pool but poor basic maintenance of rooms

The hotel was clean and smelled lovely everywhere. Staff were very helpful and spoke good English. Didn’t get to use the pool but it looked nice and there was a basic gym too.

− The food was strange at dinner. I ordered a pizza but it was in no way a pizza. The base was weird and raw, there was puff pastry in the middle, meat sauce on the base, weird processed meat topping and then an obscene amount of cheese sauce in the middle. The drain in our bathroom/wet room didn’t drain properly. I had a very short shower and it basically flooded the whole bathroom. Which meant we both could only take a very quick shower 30 mins apart so it didn’t flood the rest of the room.
