Das kleine Apartment an super Lage, aber ohne Tageslicht war in Ordnung für den kurzen Aufenthalt von 3 Nächten.
7.0Buchung, Check-In und -Out haben super funktioniert. Bei schriftlichen Anfragen an die Eigentümer haben wir stets sehr schnell Antwort erhalten. Die Lage des Apartments ist hervorragend. Ausstattung und Komfort sind korrekt.
− Die Wohnung ist ausgesprochen dunkel und es gibt praktisch kein Tageslicht. Fenster gibt es nur im Gang und im Schlafzimmer. Allerdings blicken sie alle in einen sehr schmalen, dunklen Lüftungsschacht. Im Wohnzimmer/Küche gibt es gar keine Fenster. Die Wohnung eignet sich daher nur zum Schlafen, nicht aber um sich tagsüber darin aufzuhalten. Dieser Umstand müsste in der Beschreibung der Unterkunft unbedingt angegeben werden.

10.0Unfortunately, due to unexpected circumstances beyond my control, I wasn’t able to make my long-awaited trip to Madrid or experience the apartment itself. However, I couldn’t let the exceptional kindness of the Feelathome San Marcos team go unrecognized. From the very beginning, Sergio, Mayra, and the entire team demonstrated remarkable professionalism, empathy, patience, and genuine care during what became an incredibly stressful situation. Rather than simply referring me to the cancellation policy, they took the time to understand my circumstances, communicated transparently, honored their commitments, and went out of their way to assist with the refund arrangements. They even continued following up after my cancellation, which meant more to me than they probably realize. Although I cannot personally comment on the accommodation or facilities, the hospitality I experienced through their customer service left a lasting impression. True hospitality isn’t only about where you stay; it’s also about how people make you feel. And this team made me feel genuinely valued and cared for. Thank you, Sergio, Mayra, and everyone at Feelathome. I sincerely hope to finally experience your beautiful property on my next visit to Madrid. You’ve certainly earned my trust and appreciation.
