Amazing stay would definitely recommend

The property was amazing and the staff who run the property/properties were so helpful. We had a problem when booking which meant we couldn’t stay in this property for the entire time we were in split but the people who run the properties were kind enough to let us stay in a property that was 2 minutes down the street which was equally as nice with a sea view also. Thank you to Deni as he was so helpful the entire time while we were staying there.

Everything. Perfect spot, room was beautiful with amazing views

Nice room, but it's several flight of stairs

The place was clean, nicely decorated, and had a wonderful view of the ocean. It is close to the shops and restaurants and a grocery store downstairs. I enjoyed my stay. However, Ithere is no elevator and it is about 6 flights of stairs. When we checked in, the host was kind enough to help us carry our luggage, However, my daughter hurt her back carrying her luggage downstairs when we checked out. She had a backpack and a small carry-on with wheels. Unfortunately, you can't wheel the luggage downstairs. There is no front desk. When you check in, somebody meets you downstairs and gives you an orientation of the room. You just check out on your own. If you have someone strong who can carry your luggage, you should be fine. If you don't, this might be an issue for you.

Great views but lacked the “luxury”

Highlight is definitely the view – absolutely stunning and exactly as advertised. Location convenient, with easy walk to restaurants, cafés and Split’s Old Town (Diocletian’s Palace area). Pros: • Amazing sea views & great location. • Efficient air conditioning. • Easy check-in process, particularly if arranging airport transfers through the host. • Full kitchen with oven, induction cooktop & dishwasher. Cons: • Cleanliness was disappointing. Found dirty dishes and utensils left in the dishwasher, some with mould present. As a result, we washed all crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils before use. • The kitchen could be better equipped. Only two of the provided pots were compatible with the induction cooktop and there was no frying pan available, making simple cooking difficult. • No dishwasher tablets were provided despite a dishwasher being available. • Beds were comfortable, however only one style of pillow was provided. We found them quite firm and smaller than standard-sized pillows, with no alternatives available. • The shower featured both a rain head and handheld option, however the shower base leaked during use. • Noise may be an issue for light sleepers. Traffic noise, motorbikes and late-night street activity could be heard from the apartment. While double glazing is installed, the window seals did not appear to block outside noise effectively. Important note: The address listed on Booking.com is not the actual entry point to the accommodation. Access is from the rear of the building, which has a different street address. This caused confusion for our onward transfer and unfortunately resulted in us missing our scheduled pickup. Clearer instructions regarding the access point would have been helpful. Overall, fantastic views and a convenient location, but improvements to cleanliness, kitchen equipment and noise reduction would significantly enhance the guest experience.
