10.0Beautiful hotel, pleasant staff, excellent service and reasonable rates. I've stayed at many fine hotels throughout the States and the world and the Washington Duke Inn is as good as it gets.
Fantastic hotel, beware wait staff
4.0Great hotel but wait staff needs a great deal of training on how to interact with guests. Very difficult in getting service on the patio of restaurant. I was told that a waiter was doing my wife and I a favor in serving us.

10.0Beautiful hotel and grounds. Quiet and peaceful. Excellent staff in all positions including valet and front desk, housekeeping, and both dining venues (Fairview and Bull Durham). Recent (and ongoing) facility updates are well done ... if there were 6 stars, Washington Duke clearly would quality.

10.0Stately, dignified place with outstanding staff. Grounds and golf course are beautiful. Bar seems lively but also cozy and clubby. Loved it!
