6.0Bathroom has ants and a big dead spider on floor. They said they cleaned room that day. Service came right away to take care of it. He machine doesnt work. You have to ask for ice.

2.0room had bugs in it, I felt them crawing on at around 2:30 I jumped up and ran to the shower. I went outside and check all my stuff for bed bugs beside my truck. Then went back to sleep in my truck.
