Stay was of mix bag some disappointments some good experience
4.0On arrival we faced bathroom issues. No hot water in shower, after raising complaint it took more than half hour to resolve. Though food in restaurant was awesome. And girls at front desk Mafuza and Sunuki always ready to help. Special mention for suhail who resolved the bathroom issue

10.0We are from torrent pharma staying for 10 days in 542. Hotel is nice. Good environment. Housekeeping services is excellent, laundry service is also good. Special thanks to Santanu and team. Suraj, Ashish, Gaurav, Gajendra. They all are very helpful and cooperative.

Worst Stay!!
4.0Average hotel, average stay!! Booked an Executive room but it was small. Bedsheets, pillow and quilt covers were dirty and had to get them changed after check in. Mattresss was not good, had lumps in it and the base was quite noisy due to plywood beneath the mattress. We were not able to sleep comfortably. Staff was good and polite. I will not come back to this property again.
