Horrible experience because of their stupid policies

− I arrived at 2 AM and the guy at the reception tried 4 times various credit cards. He wouldn't let me in the room until the room was paid, even though his credit card machine didn't work. Then he suggested I put the credit card data in some screen on his phone. I paid cash in the end, it took 30 minutes for this. Booking.com should also allow payment in the app if it includes such places in it's offer The light in the room when turned off would flicker every 30 seconds, making it hard to sleep. Light in the bathroom same thing when turned on, but much more intense, very disturbing

3.0− Pas d'équipements suffisants dans la salle de bain: une seule serviette, pas de brosse etc pas de cafetière dans la chambre... Cafards et beaucoup de fourmis 🐜 en chambre. Le climatiseur faisait couler de l'eau au matin....
