− The elevator safety inspection was expired, the buttons on the elevator were physically damaged/broken, and the door scraped on the floor to get it fully open. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

− The front desk Shonda was very rude not friendly at all. I decided to stay another day so I try to check in for that day to stay in the same room Shonda the front desk said there’s no reservations for me and then I was not allowed to go upstairs to my room and that no one supposed to be in that room so I asked her where are my stuff. She stood quiet and she said that I was not going up and get my stuff which I did went upstairs and got my stuff then she decided to look in the computer and she said oh yeah, you are in that room.I WAS NOT HAPPY AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANY ONE TO THIS HOTEL. this is the first time this happens to me
