Everything! The staff were very helpful and responded to our requests with grace and plenty of smiles. 10/10 for customer service from each of them. If you are seeking something different from the usual hotel chains, this is the place. It's a small paradise with lush, well-maintained gardens. The villas are floating on water, and the pools are fantastic (you have choices… our villa had a large pool and did not need to use the communal one, which is equally stunning). The distance to the town was ideal for us (less than 10 minutes by tuk tuk). We tried walking once, but that was the last due to the hot weather (34 degrees) and resorted to using tuk tuks for the rest of the stay which only cost $2 one way. We did a few excursions whilst there, notably Angkor Wat and the floating village, which are a must. These were facilitated by the hotel at a reasonable price, so we didn't have to worry about organising them. The resort owners are a wonderful family! Ever so helpful and made our stay even more memorable. I had a wonderful surprise on my birthday where my room was decorated delightfully, courtesy of Marie-Laetiticia (owner). We will surely miss their hospitality and breakfast chats. In summary, everything exceeded our expectations. We felt very privileged to experience the small paradise with wonderful hospitalilty.

− Mosquitoes. Not the hotel’s fault. It's a given due to the weather in Cambodia. Make sure you have plenty of mosquito repellents with you to use at night. The hotel provided us with some for the villa and body spray to help in this endeavour.

The accomodation was so great. A really perfect place to relax and rejuvenate. The spa outside the room was such a treat. I used it as much as possible during our stay.

− Because it was low season the restaurant wasn't open so we always had to go out for food.

Ultra excellent staff and customer service. Reception staff - Somaniya, ?Souklin and another guy whose name I can't remember were super nice. Great facilities and location of the houses. Good accessibility.

− I wanted to use a computer since I didn't travel with one, I asked if we can have one, but they couldn't let us use any computer. A computer/ business centre would be nice.
