10.0Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti: il personale è stato sempre gentilissimo. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Juliana, la ragazza delle pulizie, che ci faceva trovare la stanza sempre perfetta. Non capisco perché la struttura abbia un punteggio così basso su Booking, meriterebbe molto di più.

Avoid it if you aren’t an Italian package tourist. That is what the hotel is geared for.
3.0The location. It was convenient.
− Staff unwelcoming when we arrived. Everything written in Italian, no info on facilities. We had an early diving start and they said they would give us our breakfast early. We got there and hardly any food was available. We both ate a croissant each and left. When I complained, they said they had inform the kitchen and kitchen was late. Sorry. That was all. Disgraceful!!

10.0Sono stato una sola notte al Crystal Bay Resort durante il mio tour lungo la costa e l’esperienza è stata davvero sorprendente. Ho trovato un prezzo molto conveniente, perfettamente in linea con il livello di qualità offerto. La camera era ampia, pulita e immersa nel verde, un ambiente ideale per rilassarsi. Ho deciso di aderire alla promozione che includeva pranzo e cena: il cibo si è rivelato eccellente e il personale sempre cordiale e disponibile. Ho trascorso l’intera giornata nella spiaggia del resort, bellissima e comodissima, godendomi appieno l’atmosfera tranquilla del posto. Un soggiorno breve ma impeccabile. Tornerò sicuramente.
