Overall, I loved my stay. The room was great and the location was near many cafes and shops. I enjoyed seeing Lucca for

Hot, noisy and over priced. Location was good though.

− The air conditioning was not on when we arrived. It took a long time to cool down and it struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature. ( too hot) There is a window in the bathroom roof which lets the light in directly on the pillows of the bed early in the morning, causing us to wake up early. The bar directly below the room was very noisy on the Saturday night. A large crowd of rowdy people were out on the pavement drinking and shouting until 5 o clock on Sunday morning. So little sleep was had! Shocking stay for the price we paid. Ideally we would like a partial refund.
