4.0Un hotel que je ne recommande pas, lits jumeaux cachés sous un drap au lieu du lit double que nous avions réservé. Des frais appliques en plus sans nous prevenir.
Acceuil froid et distant (hotesse d'acceuil).
6.0Apt PMR non adapté . Accès à l'apt uniquement à pied pour charger et déchargé notre véhicule sans porte valise

6.0È un residence abbastanza moderno,camere ampie e angolo cottura ma malgrado sia grazioso la connessione internet è scadente e l'aria condizionata non funzionava. All'arrivo ci hanno chiesto subito il pagamento ma solo quando siamo andati dopo ci siamo accorti che l'aria condizionata non funzionava e ci è stato detto che non ci potevano ridare i soldi indietro perché il titolare sarebbe arrivato molto più tardi....considerato che era già tardi ci siamo trattenuti ma non è un comportamento adeguato,prima prendono i soldi e poi ti dicono che mancano i servizi!!!
