The perfect place to stay for a short break in Venice!
10.0Carly of the VHA Collection team met us on arrival to ensure we were given the keys and to ensure we understood everything. The apartment was clean and spacious in a fantastic location, close to the heart of the city but relaxed and quiet. Carly was very professional and helpful, suggesting nice places to visit in the city and outside. The apartment has air conditioning and very good WiFi. I recommend this apartment!

− La forma en que la dueña del apartamento impone las reglas de uso, siendo una unidad de alquiler. Adicionalmente, te llenan de mensajes de WhatsApp con demasiadas indicaciones. Es un poco abrumador! Por último, en el edificio donde se ubica no hay elevador, así que si llevas equipaje pesado, prepárate para hacer un poco de ejercicios de fuerza.

A surcharge of 50 € applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. The latest possible check-in, even if paying the surcharge, is 21:00.
Guests are responsible for keeping their keys safe during their stay. If keys are forgotten inside the apartment or accidentally locked out, a €50 fee will be charged for emergency assistance. Assistance is available from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Outside of these hours, service is not guaranteed. Lost keys will incur the cost of replacing the lock and a complete set of keys.
The apartment does not provide food. We provide **bed linen, towels, and a courtesy set**. All everyday consumable items must be **purchased or brought by the guest**.
