2.0All staff in reception and hotel management are doing scams and fraud with customer and batter not to trust them also hotel is not safe to stay with family

2.0They rob me like no other robber does because I already paid with online platform and also need to pay them when I check in there they change my booking by asking booking documents and they over charge me also they behaviour os not good attitude like they came to rob me management and hotel all are same quality was not safe last two felling unsecured
