9.0Lovely touches in the room, fresh towels, fully stocked coffee, tea etc. , very clean. A lovely tower fan and temple spa soaps. The bed was comfortable and Lucie the host was lovely. Great location,close to Arundel.and the train station
− Onky one little tjing. The shower wasn't very powerful, struggled a bit with washing hair.
Perfect location for exploring Arundel and area. Lovely owner.

9.0Lucie is a great host - hospitable, warm, welcoming and friendly. The breakfast is top-notch for a continental breakfast with fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal, toast and also offered a boiled egg one morning and a freshly made tortilla (Spanish omelette). Also a home baked goodie each morning (flapjack, cake). Perfect way to start the day! Bathrobe and slippers in the room were a nice touch!
− Only area for improvement would be the shower in the shared bathroom as the water pressure was quite weak so it took a while to soap up and rinse off.

9.0Great location to the castle, cathedral, restaurants, shops & lovely riverside walks nearby. Very clean & cosy accommodation, room bright with modern bathroom, plenty of food available for continental breakfast. Handy information folder in room. Host Lucie very helpful & thoughtful, great communication.
