8.0Convenient and walking distance to a few eateries. Local flavors as well as a burger joint. The room was clean and spacious, had a tv in sitting area and bedroom with YouTube and Netflix. The Wi-Fi worked great.

2.0Hotel was dirty, the toilet cover came off, rat under the bed, towels were very used. Tv does not even work. Ac barely works.

4.0But I’ll have to say that it’s convenient for restaurants entertainment and they are friendly just don’t particularly care for leaky toilet and the room. I actually left the next day and my reservation is for 3 days in a suit room. I went to Cagayan and stayed at Seda Hotel. I wasted 2 days rent.
