Basically the stay was Great! zi always chose Hampton Inn because it's kid friendly and the breakfast

Overpriced
4.0I was very disappointed with my stay. Before we even arrived, I called the hotel with a few questions and the staff member I spoke with was rude and unhelpful. The hotel charges a $50 incidental hold per night when i was told 25 on the phone before I booked plus $5 per night for parking, which is ridiculous considering the quality of the property. I've stayed at much nicer hotels for less money that offered free parking, lower incidental holds, and better amenities. The room had an unpleasant smell, and the setup was odd. There was a huge curtain that made it look like there was a large window behind it, but it was actually just a wall with a very small window. The room felt dark and cramped. Another disappointment was the TV. There was no streaming capability, only regular channels, which feels outdated compared to most hotels today. Overall, this hotel did not provide the value I expected for the price. Between the extra fees, the condition of the room, and the poor customer service, I would not stay here again and would recommend looking elsewhere.
