A Nice Place, but Check-In Policy Not Very Consumer Friendly
6.0We arrived there at about noon (I want to say that I've checked in early many multiple times and have never had a problem). Now I know that by noon some rooms have been made up and are therefore "ready." But, that day none were available because they hadn't been "inspected" (the word she used). I would think, for the sake of keeping things moving along, there would be an "inspection" every hour or two that would then release some rooms for occupancy and keep the front desk from having people pile up. So, we went back to the car, ran the air conditioner (a very hot day in May) for 2+ hours, polluting the air and wasting gas until I was finally called after 2 p.m. Room was 5*; consumer unfriendly service was 1*.......overall 3*.

10.0Nos encantó nuestra estadía en este hotel. Desde el momento en que llegamos, el trato fue excelente: el personal fue muy amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Las habitaciones estaban impecables, cómodas y bien equipadas, lo que hizo que nos sintiéramos como en casa. La ubicación es perfecta, con fácil acceso a todo lo que necesitábamos, y las instalaciones del hotel son muy agradables y bien cuidadas. Todo estaba organizado y limpio, lo que realmente hizo la diferencia. Sin duda, fue una experiencia muy positiva. Lo recomendamos totalmente y esperamos volver pronto.
