9.0Zentraler Standort , sehr freundlicher Service beim Empfang, es gab sogar Sekt oder Saft zur Begrüßung, schönes Zimmer, Bad nicht zu klein und geschmackvoll, Wasserdruck in der Dusche prima
− Es fehlte die Wasserflasche und der Inhalt der Box, wo so Sachen wie Nähzeug usw. drin sind, da hätte die Zimmerkontrolle besser funktionieren müssen. Etwas hellhörig wenn nahebei eine Tür geht

7.0Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Frühstücks buffet sehr reichhaltig. Lage in der Innenstadt perfekt. Parken auch gut.
− Klimaanlage konnte man nicht abstellen, dadurch war es in der Nacht sehr laut. Schade. Der Fehler ist bekannt, aber er wurde uns nicht mitgeteilt. Parkgebühren finde ich persönlich nicht angepasst.

8.0Wir kannten die Unterkunft und haben uns aus diesem Grund ein weiteres dafür entschieden.
− Leider hat die Klimaanlage nicht so funktioniert, wie wir es uns vorgestellt haben. Wir haben das Problem an der Rezeption gemeldet. Leider funktionierte die zentrale Einstellung der Klimatisierung nicht optimal.
