10.0This hotel was impecabbly clean and the bed was so comfortable. The staff was welcoming and accommodating. The Hogan restaurant next door had delicious food and wonderful service. The museum and gift shop next door had reasonable prices and lots of cool Diné (Navajo) items. I will definitly stay there again.

8.0They goofed on our reservation and had us in a second floor room even though during booking I specifically requested a first floor room due to mobility issues. Even though the hotel was "full" the woman at the front desk found a solution by giving us an "accessible" room even though we technically don't qualify for one. We aren't in wheel chairs but we can't climb stairs without a great deal of discomfort, so we were grateful for her solution.
Great and comfortable stay
8.0Was a very good experience overall. Nice centralized location. Good updated property and well taken care of. Had a good overall sleep and was quiet on a Monday night. Nice to be next to trading post and museum
