5.0− I couldn’t use my key the second night because it wasn’t working so the staff member at the desk had to use the key to open my door and the water in the bathtub was going down extremely slow

− Out door pool not open. And it was 95 degrees and humid. Muggy and damp in the actual hotel.
The bed was very uncomfortable. The room is south is updating and not very clean. We were not offered towels or washclot

1.0− I'm from wilson so disappointed how far down the drain this hotel has gone. We were tired late check in go to the room to see stains on the bed and pillow. They definitely don't clean these rooms and have the nerve to charge 100 dollars for one night. What I'm I paying for? Can't get a clean room at least? This hotel need to be on 301 with the rest of the slums!
I was only in the room for 7 hours.
5.0− I booked the room at 4am, but couldn’t get into the room until 6:45am. I had been driving for 14 hours and needed sleep. Plus I was charged twice and I caught that on my on my CC account before I left and the manager credited my account.
