Mediocre hotel with a few nice touches
6.0We wanted to like this hotel, especially after reading other reviews! There is a free light dinner served and a free continental breakfast. Both had hot dishes and were good especially for the price of the room.
− The property is a bit run down and dirty. The hotel pool was freezing. When we asked about it we were told it was heated to 80 degrees but it was actually too cold to swim in. There were 2 plastic bags floating in the pool and quite a few bugs and leaves inside. The shower in our hotel room had a broken door and the bathroom itself was dirty, as was the surface of the desk and the nightstands. We were also woken up at 8am by a very loud housekeeper banging on our door. Overall, not a great experience.

Have stayed at this Drury Inn 5-8 times in the past few years and am never disappointed by the staff.
