10.0Excellent hotel! Everything was spotless, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the service was outstanding. I felt very comfortable throughout my stay. I truly enjoyed my visit and will definitely come back. I highly recommend Royal Regency Hotel to anyone looking for a clean, welcoming, and enjoyable place to stay.

Horrible customer service/Poor Sewage
4.0Hotel room was fine. Place seemed to be a really decent place, out room stunk of sewage, complained to customer service the following morning after having to check out early because the room stunk so bad and we had a 9 hr drive back home, they just brush it off and say they will tell morning crew! For the price I spent i would never want to stay here! When you can get a Hilton or holiday inn room the same price
