7.0− There was no shampoo or body wash.
Meh... Would probably not recommend.
5.0− Upon arrival, it was discovered that our "handicap accessible" room was on the third floor... And their elevators had just broken down. (I cannot walk up stairs.) According to the receptionist, there were no rooms available on the first floor. After a bit, the receptionist called over the manager who seemed a little perturbed that he had to move us to a first floor room.

6.0Room was as you would expect for what you pay, which is why I gave it the 3 stars instead of 1. But the stains on the carpet were really bad and the room stunk like dog pee. There were mosquitoes in the room and I got bit a few times. The muffins and juice were a nice touch.
