10.0The hotel was stunning, the staff were so warm, welcoming and eager to please. The coffee plantation was lovely to walk through and the quality of food at the breakfast buffet and the Rroftop bar was exceptional. A special shout out to Beatrice so nice and helpful to my daughter.
