Much better than expected.
10.0I was actually pretty impressed. It was better than expected. I booked for a nearby concert, expecting a somewhat acceptable hotel, but it was actually decent. Good shower, bed, wifi, big room.
− Breakfast wasn't great, but not terrible. A lot of unnecessary waste with plastic cutlery and disposable plates/cups. The gambling section next to the reception area is very strange. There are people sat there basically at all times, watching you check in/out. There is also one in the diner next door, which is just as strange. Perhaps this area has a gambling problem.

5.0Decent area near a lot of restaurants. Front desk agents were very nice.
− Room smelled like stale smoke. Bed was lumpy and squeaky. Fan struggled to cool off room. Shower ran mostly cold but got a little warm after quite a while. I expect a lot more for how much it cost. Was told it was the renovated side too.
