10.0Great hospitality, lots of fun and clean. This is our second time and this time I was able to show my brother and his family a who traveled from Pennsylvania a wonderful time in Florida.

7.0I like the location and the pools and water park was fun.
− There was a fee for parking, I over paid. I was offered a discount if I went on a sales tour that was supposed to be 90 minutes, I was stuck there over 2 hours and missed rhe shuttle so then had to pay for parking at universal. Not cool

8.0I enjoyed my stay. It was wonderful. The only bad thing was the beds were extremely uncomfortable. They were hard as a rock.

− Nos tocó la habitación de la zona sin renovar. Por lo que los muebles y baño estaban viejitos, estaban de obras renovando habitaciones que seguro están mucho mejor.
