9.0Schöne Unterkunft mit kompletter Ausstattung.
− In einem der Räume wurde wohl von den vorherigen Gästen geraucht. Kann man dem Vermieter aber nicht vorwerfen.
Wir haben uns sehr willkommen und sehr wohl in einer geräumigen, ruhigen Location gefühlt.
9.0Bereits vorab war die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter sehr entspannt. Auch auf einen kurzfristigen Änderungswunsch wurde sehr unkompliziert reagiert. Das Haus selbst war sehr gemütlich. Lage ist ruhig und entspannend direkt am Fluss. War bereits unser 2. Aufenthalt. Fassen schon ins Auge, auch mal das Nachbarhaus "Ilmhaus 2" zu testen.
− Die Küche könnte noch ein wenig mehr Ausstattung vertragen. Für uns (4 Personen) hat es gereicht, bei größeren Gruppen könnte es am Herd aber noch etwas mehr Kochzubehör brauchen.
Wer ländliche Ruhe und doch eine zentrale Lage für Ausflüge sucht, ist hier gut aufgehoben.
9.0Ruhige Lage am Fluss war ideal zum Ausspannen. Trotzdem in 15 - 30 Minuten Fahrt an allen wichtigen Zielen. Das Haus hat ein schönes Ambiente.
− Ein wackeliger Türgriff am Badezimmer und eine etwas schwer schließende Haustür.

8.0Das Haus und der Garten sind sehr schön, es gab wohl vor unserer Ankunft eine Wasserüberflutung im Garten so das die Terrasse nur notdürftig repariert wurde aber benutzbar und dadurch war dort auch alles etwas schmutzig. Wir waren 2 Personen in der Gruppe die massive Luft Probleme im Haus hatten, es gab viele Duft Lampen oder weiß nicht was gerochen hat evtl. Allergie auf diese Duftgeschichten, wer Atem Probleme hat sollte dieses Haus meiden, wir hatten zum Glück nur 2 Nächte und den ganzen Tag draussen.
